The service
SkuFrame checks and prepares your own product photographs. Local file checks are available without an account. Server uploads, AI previews and checkout operate only when their real integrations are connected. The service is independent and is not endorsed by Noon.
Your photographs and review
You retain your rights in the source photographs and must have permission to use them. We do not generate product parts, new camera angles or replacement label text. Compare every prepared result with the original and reject inaccurate results. The first background workflow supports simple, opaque products with clear outlines.
Technical checks and suggested fixes do not guarantee listing approval, image suitability, sales or a particular business outcome. Marketplace decisions and category-specific requirements remain separate.
Credits and delivery
Published packages are one-time purchases in USD before applicable taxes. One successful standard preparation consumes one credit; rejected or failed deliveries do not. Repeated downloads of an existing eligible result do not consume additional credits. There is no automatic renewal.
Paid credits do not expire, but files have separate retention periods. Free uploaded samples are normally kept for 24 hours; paid task files for 7 days after terminal task state. Download before expiry. A first genuine payment can unlock up to three accepted, unexpired sample files without reducing the purchased credit quantity. Payment does not extend the free files’ expiry.
Result decisions
A result requiring review is not automatically an accepted delivery. Accept or reject it in the workspace. Review reservations expire after 24 hours. An expired result cannot be accepted or downloaded; a new preparation is required. Unused reserved credits are released. Processing, payments and refunds are not confirmed by browser messages alone.
Order review and refunds
Within 7 days of purchase, unused credits may be submitted for a prorated refund review. A processing defect may receive a free technical redo; if still unusable, the corresponding paid amount may be eligible for an original-payment refund. A release of reserved credits is not a cash refund.
Applicable mandatory consumer rights and the approved payment provider’s policies take precedence. Unused-credit requests are reviewed through the available order support action; delivered photo defects use the separately listed support contact. Submission alone does not guarantee or complete a refund.
Fair use and availability
Do not use the service for unlicensed imagery, abuse, sensitive personal documents, misleading product representations or automated free-preview farming. Upload limits, rate limits, supported roles and availability may restrict a task. Unused paid obligations must be addressed if the service cannot fulfil them or closes.
Before the live commercial launch
The operator identity, support contact, approved payment and processing disclosures must be finalized before a live service accepts purchases. These initial release terms describe the product’s current intended scope and do not override applicable law.
