When paid preparation is available, repeated downloads cost nothing extra. A result needing your review consumes a credit only after you accept it. Original photographs that need no processing should be kept as they are. Credits are separate from storage: download eligible paid files before their 7-day expiry.

Will my photos pass Noon’s review?+
We check the documented file requirements and help prepare the image. Noon makes the final decision. Product accuracy, category rules and the rest of your listing still matter.
Does SkuFrame generate or change my product?+
No. The background workflow uses segmentation and composites your original photographed product. It does not invent a new view, rewrite labels, or replace missing parts.
What can I try for free?+
Local file checks need no account or upload. When authentication, storage and AI are connected, a verified account can try up to three watermarked, real previews.
Which photos work best?+
Single, opaque products with a clear outline and a complete front view. Glass, mirrors, fine fibres, complex sets and white-on-white photos are outside the first background-removal scope.
How are credits used?+
One credit is one accepted, standard image preparation. Failed or rejected results do not consume credits. Repeated downloads of the same result do not use extra credits.
