A preview or processing step failed
Read the specific error in the workspace. Refresh the server state before submitting another action. A failed or rejected delivery does not consume a successful preparation credit; an upstream failure may still take time to resolve.
I paid, but my credits are not visible
Payment is confirmed by a signed server notification, not the success page alone. Refresh the real account state and keep your order ID. Avoid paying again while the first payment is being confirmed.
How long are files kept?
Free uploaded samples are kept for 24 hours. Paid processing files are retained for 7 days after the task’s terminal state. Credits do not expire, but they do not include permanent photo storage.
How do unused credits get reviewed?
The initial policy allows review of unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and the approved payment provider’s rules take priority. Use the order request for unused credits; use the separate support contact for defects in delivered photos. A submitted request is not a completed refund.
Can I get a guaranteed Noon-approved image?
No. SkuFrame is independent, and Noon makes the final listing decision. We keep technical checks, visual estimates and your product confirmation separate.
