A rejected photo?
Start with the reason.
Check the message in Seller Lab first. Image problems and other listing problems need different fixes.
File format, dimensions or size
Inspect the actual file and compare it with the general specification. Renaming a file does not turn it into a JPEG, and adding pixels cannot recover missing detail.
Packaging or the wrong image role
Use a complete product view as the main image. External packaging belongs only where the relevant additional-image and category rules permit or require it.
Cropped, unclear or conflicting product
Choose a better original showing the actual SKU and all included parts. SkuFrame does not generate a missing piece or a new camera angle.
Background or framing
A supported, opaque product may benefit from a clean white canvas and consistent spacing. Compare the label, outline and small parts after processing.
If the rejection relates to a title, brand, category, product attributes or another part of the listing, photo preparation alone will not fix it.
